Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and enforcement of electronics production schedule (manpower, resources, etc.).
• Coordination with other departments for job order fulfillment
• Manage production line efficiency and quality, by monitoring and checking production staff’s work.
• Ensure the quality of products coming off from production
• Elevate production department's work efficiency, integrity and discipline
• Preparation of bill of materials and other necessary documents needed for production
• Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Prepares as-built documentation and assembly documentation.
• Any other concerns pertaining to production department

Skills:
• Confident in handling and managing people.
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong soldering and desoldering skills
• Knowledgeable in various project management methods.
• Good understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Technically inclined.
