Currently we're hiring Senior Mechanical Designer Engineer/Leader in Seating system to help with end clients' technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:
• Main components: Driver seat, Passenger seats and seat belt parts.
• Be accountable for all product deliveries for the respective product ranges
• Approve if product is ready for release with the objective of exceeding customer expectations
• Deliver best solutions for both company and customers
• Quality assured products
• Develop roadmaps to create business advantage and meet customer demands
• Plan how to mature technology to ensure quality during introduction
• Approve new technology for the introduction into products
