Role Description

Research and field survey work related to long-term and wide-area groundwater flow for radioactive waste disposal.

Responsible for any of the following:

・ Groundwater flow analysis and optimization analysis.

・ Reaction and transport analysis related to redox conditions.

・ Geophysical exploration and data analysis.

・ Hydrogeological modeling using GIS.

Qualifications

・ The applicant should hold a Ph.D. degree obtained within the last 5 years at the time of employment. Furthermore, the candidate must not have more than 5 years of prior employment in the same category.

・ Proficiency in performing analyses using commercial software (e.g. PHREEQC, MODFLOW, PetraSim, TOUGH2-3, iTOUGH2).
