Our client is a long-established UK designer and manufacturer of gear systems and specialist gearboxes who are associated with the supply of precision gears to companies in various industries across the world.

They are looking for a Production and Inventory Planner on a day shift.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products.

Duties & Experience:
• Minimum 5yrs planning experience in a similar manufacturing environment (multiple production process steps material flow).
• Proficient in the use of production management software and experience in using an MRP System.
• Monitor and communicate works orders progress through production throughout a day.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on all orders and production plans.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
