Role Overview:
A renowned contract catering company are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for a Prestigious Boarding School located in Ascot, you will be working for a leading contract catering company who have successfully held the contract at the school for several years.
You will work within a team to cater for the high volume of students, using fresh and seasonal ingredients catered to a high standard ensuring consistency and quality is kept, as well as pop up days, special menus there is also a strong hospitality side to the business also 2 days are never the same! You will work 37.5 hours a week all shifts being straights, being a Boarding School, you will work 5 out of 7 days
