About The Role

AMFRESH UK are looking for a HR Officer to join the team here in Alconbury. This person will be responsible for the administration around employee records and ensuring fit for purpose in regards dates and audits etc. KPI analysis using HR reporting on a weekly basis and supporting on HR projects set out by the Head of HR.
• You will be looking after the new starter and leavers process and ensuring regular feedback is actioned
• Conducting inductions
• Provide accurate and timely guidance and advice to the key stakeholders, ensuring it is in line with the Company policies and procedures.
• To provide day to day advisory service on employee relation issues and employment law ensuring a blend of pragmatism and best HR practice and coach line managers as appropriate, feeding back to Senior Managers where appropriate
• Work in collaboration with the other HR Team to ensure effective delivery of all projects and tasks.
