Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth export operations.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
• Ensure accurate classification of goods and adherence to tariff schedules and trade agreements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and minimize costs.
• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to support export initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on export compliance matters.
