Job description - Responsible for HR functions all related especially Employee Evaluation performance (Bonus, Career path)-Manage for guideline evaluation yearly and position up-Assist to manage the HR & Admin function and calculate payroll and bonus and monitor the employee's benefits and welfare systems. Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedure- Assist to develop HRD/HRM such as recruitment ,Training, Compensation, Labor law, ect.- Assist in analyzing effectiveness and using it to drive HR policies and strategies- Train and develop the capabilities of subordinates to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills to increase the productivity- Collaborate with the management team to craft the company's vision and mission- Assume responsibility for labor and employee relations and ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations More Detail
