Key Qualifications:
• Based in Bali
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in the operational division of boutique villas.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a similar senior leadership role within boutique villas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of villa operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa.
• Preopening experience is an advantage.
