JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare estimates, take-off, BOQ, Cost Comparative Assessment, Monthly Statement (Contractor’s Interim Payment Application) and Variations.
• Interpret contracts/subcontracts conditions, plans, drawings, schedule and specifications.
• Assessment of Payment Applications of Subcontractors/Vendors including Variations.
• Coordinates with other departments (Construction, QA/QC, HSSE, Planning, Cost Control, Finance etc.)
• Attend meetings if required.
• Visit the Site to check actual work done and progress,
• Other tasks related to Quantity Surveying.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (must have a valid professional engineer’s license in the Philippines)
• Previous work experience in Quantity Surveying is a plus (infrastructure, rail, buildings and civil project and construction)
• English proficiency – professional level (both speaking and writing)
• Proficiency in using Windows OS, Adobe PDF, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, MS Outlook... More Detail
