The principal objective of this first line of defence position is driving the strategic direction of the AML/CDD Team and the AML control framework within which the firm should operate. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge and an appreciation of operational best practice. This is a leadership role within the AML/KYC team.

The Team Manager AML KYC contributes to the day-to-day management of the AML and Registration teams within Transfer Agency Operations for our Luxembourg clients and act as an escalation point for complex AML queries from investors, clients and team members. The AML KYC Team primary tasks are the performing of Initial Due Diligence (IDD) and ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) to review the risk levels of Fund investors and re-assess KYC documentation to perform or refresh the identification of complex entities in accordance with the current regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, alongside Apex Group as well as Apex Funds Services S.A, policies...
