Description

Maintain full set of account, specifically construction accounting in compliance to accepted accounting standards and principles
Update and monitor fixed assets register
Liaise with customers to issue invoice, follow up payment, update database, etc.
Liaise with suppliers to make payment, email payment advice, update database, etc.
Liaise with external auditor for yearly closing to ensure audit is completed on a timely and accurate basis
Liaise with bankers on deposits and financing matters
Liaise with lawyers for legal matters
Prepare internal reports requested by management
Handle any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirement

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
Preferable with 1-2 years accounting working experiences in construction environment is preferred
