Introduction

Our client, FMCG concern, Distillery, is looking for a HSE Controller to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

▪ Manage security operations and access control, ensure effective control measures are in place

▪ Perform and assist with incident investigation and identification of root cause and corrective and preventative measures

▪ Implement, maintain and update of effective Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment programme

▪ Liaise with Emergency Services

▪ Ensure compliance and manage the Integrated Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk and Quality ISO System

▪ Contribute towards HSE departmental goals and improvements to achieve best practices and standards

▪ Overseing of the site‘s safety and environmental meetings and standards

▪ Responsbile for contractor management and ensuring compliance

▪ Conducts training, awareness and orientation overviews and induction for staff and contractors
