An exciting junior administration opportunity has arisen with an established and highly reputable law firm in the Upper Highway area.
The Administrator will work closely with the team and assist with data capture, stakeholder liaison and handling of correspondence.
More specific duties will include:
Opening conveyancing files
Creating matters on the accounting programme
Loading and updating matters onto Excel spreadsheets
Sending introduction letters
Obtaining FICA information
Obtaining investment mandates
Follow-ups with municipal departments and other suppliers
Requirements:
Matric
Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate professionally in English with confidence
Full computer literacy with experience in using Excel
Reliable (good attendance record)
Strong written English ability
Highly organised and diligent
Willing to learn and take instruction. More Detail
