Role overview

This role facilitates and assists with delivery, design, development, and assessment of learning interventions. The ideal candidate will empower clients (both internal and external) and the broader community to make informed and sustainable financial decisions and improve their financial well-being.

Key Result Areas

Operational Delivery:
• Supports the design and development of learning interventions.
• Delivers financial literacy initiatives in a setting that encourages engagement, good experiences, and high levels of delegate satisfaction.
• Ensure that knowledge and skills are imparted in order to modify behavior in accordance with the goals of the program.
• Ensure the transfer of newly acquired knowledge and abilities from the classroom (or online) to communities and workplaces.
