Responsibilities:

· Excellent organisational and file management skills.

· Monitor progress of cases, including co-ordination of fieldwork and other tasks.

· Drafting correspondence on the instruction of attorneys.
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents.
• Managing attorneys’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating court dates and deadlines.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Serving and filing legal documents with courts and other agencies, both electronically and in paper form.
• Maintaining organized case files and document databases.
• Communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
