What you will enjoy doing

Lead the area of EBM and be responsible for the production team.

Ensure that all production related processes are running efficiently and according to the defined framework.

Coordinate and monitor data capturing, ensure daily controls and deviation analysis to further improve are being carried out as per procedures.

Ensure procedures are in place for all activities carried out in production.

Ensure efficient shift hand-over.

Ensure a minimum cost of production, through the rationalization of materials, labor, overtime and compliance with the schedules of the Production Planning and Control area.

Daily Management System and Improvements:

Execute daily management system in your department and contribute to plants' DMS on daily/weekly/monthly level.

Establish abnormality management and work in time on deficiencies to achieve highest results

Ensure proper execution of improvement measures and their sustainability.
