KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a: Research and Development Director (R&D Director): Where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kemin by overseeing the research and development of new products within our Animal Health & Nutrition business in the EMENA Region .

This critical role will lead the Product Innovation Process (PIP) with a primary focus on product development and application aligned with our Business Unit strategy . The Director of Research and Development will serve as a bridge between customer needs, marketing strategies, and innovation, making a substantial contribution to the company's growth .
