Job Summary The Account Manager is the voice of the client and acts as the single entry point for operational queries raised by tier 1 clients (issuers and financial intermediaries). By ensuring the prompt resolution of queries and identifying process improvements, the Account Manager has a direct and positive impact on service quality and client satisfaction. Key Accountabilities- Captures, tracks and answers all client queries through the CRM tool.- Manages the majority of client queries related to settlement and custody in an autonomous and effective manner.- Resolves client queries within the agreed deadlines defined in the Rules and Regulations of CSD services and escalates high-impact risks- Builds internal relationships with key teams and addresses all queries which require further investigation to the relevant parties.- Ensures that a complete and valid answer is provided to clients as defined in the Rules and Regulations of CSD services.- Prepares all necessary documentation...
