JOB DESCRIPTION

A Baker is responsible for mixing products based on product recipe and work instructions at his/her section or line assignment following quality and safety standards to produce highly safe and quality food products. A Baker can be assigned in breads & sweet dough cakes, pastries and puff section.

· DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Weigh and measures ingredients to the appropriate quantity specified in the product recipe.

· Mixes ingredients according to the product recipe and work instruction.

· Apportions dough according to the yield specified in the product recipe.

· Rolls and shapes dough and places them in molds, pans or sheets in preparation for baking.
