JOB QUALIFICATION:

Education: Preferably Vocational Graduate (Machine Shop Course / Fitter Machinist Course / Mech Technology Course)

Skills: Accurately machine items based on technical drawing and job order specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Study and interpret technical drawings and job order specifications.
• Prepare necessary tools and equipment needed for the job.
• Prepare necessary consumables and materials based on the MIS given by Section Head or Section Leadman.
• Machine items based on technical drawing and job order specifications.
• Fill up necessary information on the Job Order History Card.
• Verify conformance of work piece to drawing and specifications using calibrated measuring instruments or tools.
• Report any trouble encountered during job run to Section Head or Section Leadman.
• Report to Section Head once assigned task is done.
• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on assigned machine. Log details on the equipment history logbook.
