Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a small team supporting a lady with complex health needs to live as independently as possible in her own tenancy with her own dedicated support team to meet her specific needsWorking within our team will give you the opportunity to support a fun lady with a great sense of humour. Part of the role includes supporting her with different activities and for her to be included in all aspects of independent living skills within her own home.Some of her hobbies include; going out for walks, visiting attractions in the local area and visiting places in her car.
