But Scottish Water does. In fact, it’s all we think about.

Want to join us? You’ll be on the front lines of making sure Scotland’s wastewater is fully treated and clean before returning to the environment.

What you’ll do

You’ll join the Waste Water Operations team who’s mission is to keep Scotland’s environment and waterways clean. On the one hand, it’s about meeting regulations. On the other, it’s about how we can do even more – all the while doing what’s right for the environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll monitor and maintain treatment processes at waste water treatment sites – everything from septic tanks, pumping stations to multistage treatment sites.
