We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Expert in Monitoring Evaluation for a USAID-funded education activity. Project description : The Djibouti Reading Project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Its aim is to work with the Government of Djibouti to improve the reading achievement of primary school children. Activities include improving primary reading instruction, community mobilization, and improving policy frameworks on primary reading. The project will take place in Djibouti and will run for five years. This position is contingent upon funder award and approval.
