We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support one of our newly formed teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and be skilled at fostering a collaborative environment. A solid understanding of open-source stacks is also essential. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in setting up Agile practices, guiding the team through the Agile process, and ensuring the team’s success in meeting its goals.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate and guide the team in the adoption of Agile practices and principles.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
