Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Smiths Falls, ON for an Associate at www.aquaworldresort.com. The Associate will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, guest interaction, responding to customer requests, record keeping, and billing. The Associate will also work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the resort, and assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash and use POS systems
• Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure
