The operational team in Machelen is looking to temporarily strengthen their team to assist with : - Communicating in a professional manner with suppliers, buyers and internal stakeholders- Keeping track of additional spare parts so the quality control team can continue to function- Providing general administrative support with mails, telephones and scheduling.
• Accepting shipments and updating the SAP lists.- Sporadically assist with moving small medical equipment to specific loading area’s.
• Deliver updates regarding shipments or deliveries to the quality control team. Profiel In order to be the ideal candidate for this position, you must posses : - An excellent grasp over the English language, bonus points if you speak German or Dutch.
