Job Description for Assistant HR Manager

Job Purpose:
The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR functions for the Food & Beverages and Rooms Division of our 5-star hotel. This pivotal role assists in the foundational stages of team development, aiming for operational readiness. The position requires a candidate with a strong background in HR practices, preferably within the hospitality industry, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Hotel Operations HR Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support in Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the Food & Beverages and Rooms Division.
• Help in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, focusing on skill set and cultural fit.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitments and liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary.
