HOBB International is a Multi-National Company manufacturing Overhead Distribution Line Products supplying into DISCOM and Utility (for eg. WBSEDCL, CESC Ltd. etc). HOBB has an opportunity for a TALLY OPERATOR in our Alampur Factory, Near Jalan 3 No. Gate, Howrah, India. This is a direct hire role.
Description:
Seeking for an Tally Operator in our Manufacturing unit, situated in Alampur, Howrah, India. The Operator will be responsible for all the Factory related data entries (mentioned in below).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tally data entry including Inventory, Job Work in & out entries, Petty Cash Book etc.
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments in Tally and Manually.
- Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
- Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents etc.
- Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.
- Maintain financial security.
