Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abeokuta for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assessing and reviewing property listings and identifying potential buyers and sellers. They will negotiate and close deals, prepare and review contracts, analyze market trends, and stay up-to-date with local regulations and policies. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in the real estate industry.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
