Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH)
- Plan, Organize production planning & production performance (manpower and machines)
- Managing the implementation of SOPs & Work Instructions in the Production Section
- Be responsible for production output & product quality
- Managing and continuous improvement for all production processes
- Development KPI for all Productions Team
- Managing and developing team to ensure smooth progress and achieve productions daily target
- Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents
- Minimal Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields
- Minimal three years experience as Production Manager in Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Have knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, GMP, 5R, ISO 9001, ISO 22000
- Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
