Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Production Worker to join our Production Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Production Worker is a member of the Production Team that is responsible to set and performs Standardized Work and performs Kaizen based on own observation.

Your role and responsibilities:
• Implement safety concept rules and response procedures
• Secure man safety through training and development activities
• Secure man safety through daily maintenance with safety points
• Secure materials safety visualization and confirmation of tools.
• Understands and implements Quality Concept
• Implements standard procedure in responding to defect in own process
• Implements standard procedure in preventing flow-out of defect to the next process
• Implements standard procedure in responding to defect from Supplier
• Understands and implements Production concept
• Understands and implements Cost
