Job Requirements:
• **Bachelor Graduates of IT or any related courses.
• **For undergrad must completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
• **At least 1-5 years IT Service Desk experience in a BPO setting and/or technical role supporting corporate users in a similar environment. (Laptop/OS/Microsoft/Telco Support) (no history of just months at a time no gaps in job experience)
• **Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules and on a hybrid set up
• **Immediate joiners are preferred
