Optimize the plant performance by recruiting qualified, well trained and experienced resources.Plan, organize and enable the production / plant team to ensure that all required skills and tools / other resources are available as and when required.

To ensure that the training plans / matrix are implemented and managed for all direct reports in line with the plant’s day to day deliverables.
