Job Responsibilities

Proactively manage the Thailand Maintenance Team to achieve cost-effective, high-quality planned maintenance for essential equipment while prioritizing safety through robust permit and contractor training systems, ultimately enhancing team performance and equipment reliability

Planning & Operations
• Plans and schedules daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
• Oversees efficient and safe operation of production facilities.
• Implements and monitors permit and contractor safety procedures.
• Maintains a hygienic and orderly work environment.
• Follows environmental regulations and company protocols.

Inventory & Goals
• Manages inventory across all levels, including engineering spare parts.
