Front Office Receptionist:
Franschhoek, Western Cape: A distinguished 5-star hotel and wine estate, perched above the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their Front of House Team.

The Front Desk Administrator plays a pivotal role in this organisation, being the primary point of contact with guests and visitors and should therefore possess excellent customer service skills.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE FRANCSHHOEK AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Duties & Responsibilities

Criteria
• Matric
• Previous experience in an upmarket hospitality environment
• Willing to work night shift is a key requirement for this position
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in the English language and must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests visiting the establishment
