Job Summary

As a Health and Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, visitors, and the surrounding environment within the manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and procedures to mitigate workplace risks and to comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure the compliance with health and safety regulations and staying updated on local, state, and federal policies, guidelines and procedures for all employees.

Develop and implement measures to mitigate identified risks, including equipment modifications, safety protocols, and employee training within the facility .

Create and maintain a comprehensive incident reporting system to investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
