Our client is a premium design and renovation company near Winchester in Hampshire looking to add a cabinet/furniture sprayer and finisher to their team.

The ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of traditional joinery to make cabinets and furniture for their refurbishment projects.
Most of the work would be placed into period properties and grade 2 listed buildings – mainly residential.

This is role involves:

Working closely with designers to deliver a beautiful end projectUse compressed air-operated spray paint equipmentJob preparing (sanding, filling) - setting up work to be sprayed, painted, or lacqueredCleaning tools and work areaAttention to detail is requiredAbility to work under pressureAbility to work without supervisionA flexible, and enthusiastic attitudeRequirementsCity and Guilds Advanced Craft or Level 2 NVQ and above in Joiner (preferred)Experience and knowledge of manufacturing bespoke products such as windows and doors, and room dividers/screens.
