Aplington, IA $25.00 to $36.00 per hour Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing:
• Supervises nursing team members who provide direct resident care Communicates with all healthcare providers and partners Coordinates and implements nursing care as ordered by the physician and agreed to by the resident Documents resident status / care / services in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner Responsible for the provision of nursing services within the scope of licensure and in compliance with current standards of practice and corporate/care center policies and procedures Follows the plan of care and ensures the overall health and well-being of each resident Qualifications / Requirements Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state)
