Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bartender at Hotel Torarica located in Paramaribo, Suriname. The Bartender will be responsible for serving and preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Bartender will also maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, assist with inventory management, and adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of a variety of drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations
