Role Description

As a Human Resources Management professional at Texwin Clothing in Polonnaruwa, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions. This is a full-time on-site role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits and compensation, provide guidance on employee relations issues, maintain employee records, and manage recruitment activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Excellent knowledge of Sri Lanka labor laws and regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
