TWO STREAMS OF MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:Continuous ImprovementLead the deployment of the DS Smith Way CI programme for the site alongside the site managerLead and support the development of site continuous improvement coaches. Ensure that visiting Divisional / Central CI support representatives are able to integrate into the site for maximum value.Work with Operations Excellence representatives across the country to align improvement activities and prioritisation as well as contribute to the direction of the DS Smith Way programme.Follow and promote DS Smith Way principles, dimensions and core tool set.Track progress of implementation and report the Site Performance KPI's on a monthly basis, ensuring the site is on track and delivering the expected results.Responsible for the management of process/ product waste and achievement of waste KPIs.Support the development of a site audit structure for process confirmation that is effective and user friendly, allowing the sites to audit...
