Primary Objective of Position

Provides the highest level of beverage service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience.Supervises the serving activities in the bar.

Essential Functions
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who serve beverages.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Ensures alcohol inventory control system is performed at prescribed times and proper follow up is performed.
• Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Works closely with General Manager and the Sales and Marketing specialist in the development and implement of marketing promotion strategies for the Bar to increase revenue.
• Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and talk to guests.Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.Act... More Detail
