Job Description:
• The Human Resources Executive will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Performance Management Section.
• Review and update Job descriptions of ACE Group.
• Conduct employee Interviews, Manager meetings and research and development on updating Job descriptions of existing positions and new positions to be added.
• Have meetings with Department Manager and HR Manager/Head on Department Key Performance Indicators and add the finalised KPIs on HRMS.
