• Open the sales order (NAV Process) & Order confirmation into the factory
• Issue Proforma Invoice, Commercial & Packing List.
• Contact with demand planning to check products in stock and inform customers to change in case of insufficient quantity of products according to orders.
• Coordinate Logistic Team staff to book the shipping according to the delivery deadline.
• Coordinate with transportation, inquiring information about the shipping schedule, tracking payment, shipping document and other.
• Contact warehouse to check quantity and details of loading products.
• Update customer of status of the shipment
• Present documents to the relevant financial institution for payment to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately with the relevant internal systems.
