- To respond to new product since validation stage by cooperating with IPM, Mould engineer, Process engineer and QA & QC team.- To respond to customer requirements which are concerned with specification by cooperating with IPM, QA and customer to ensure the suitable measuring method for IPQC inspectors.- To analyze, investigate and find out the real root cause and take necessary action in case of nonconforming product, any quality issue and customer complaint.- To collect the similar problem and cooperate with all concerned persons to establish the standard/work flow system/regulation to prevent reoccur problem and horizontal expand to other operation/process for more improvement.- To ensure process control to be stability with SPC control.- To conduct training and perform MSA test to IPQC inspectors for buildup and maintain inspector skill.- Other duty per assignment.
