About this opportunity
Responsible for following up of acceptance documentation process from MS (Managed Services) to DCC (Document Controlled Center)
What you will do
Working with Managed Services Ericsson (MNS)
• First Business contact with MNS, for managing and tracking all the H05 & H011 announcements from the MNS.
• Review the documents received from MNS.
• All SDN/H04 documents are included per the announcement.
• Examine the Quality of documents and page sequence received from MNS.
• Add the stamp Program Manager (PM) to the H05 and H011 pages of each document.
• Preparing in-house documents of all the services to invoicing to the customer.
• Single documents contain all the required information regarding the claimed service in the project activity.
• Building a record of all the announcements and documents received on each project.
• Record service level agreement (SLA) time of MNS. (Often building SLA reports as well).
