Howdens Joinery are looking for a Development Manager to drive innovation and efficiency in our digital projects based in our office in Raunds, Northamptonshire with some home working.

As a Development Manager for external teams you will oversee outsourced development teams, ensuring efficiency in development cycles, effective intervention strategies, and innovation in coaching methods. Reporting to the Head of Digital Development, you’ll also ensure seamless collaboration, timely delivery, and exceptional quality in our projects. You'll have the opportunity to act as a software coach, foster strong partnerships with external vendors, and provide leadership to both internal and external teams.
