Duties:
Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
Assess customer needs, explore all options and propose alternative types of loans
Develop referral networks and suggest alternate channels to accomplish targets
On-board new loans to ensure delivery of business targets.
Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options that are available, the risks and benefits of each, as well as the terms of loan products.
Collect all clients required documents for loan application to ensure their eligibility to have it approved.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants financial status, order/contract profitability, and repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans.
