• Implement rooms revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly rooms reporting
• Oversee rooms revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations
• Daily rooms revenue pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
• Perform competitive rooms revenue benchmark studies and follow market trends
• Manage OTAs, extranets and key accounts
• Create and maintain a 3 month rolling rooms demand calendar, and maintain yield calendar
• Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
• Ensure all related rooms revenue systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
• Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department
• Ensure Mystery Shopper compliance within the team
• Work closely with the General Manager to drive sales
